“The Blue River” custom dollhouse features a modern style with miniature farmhouse touches. This modern dollhouse is in 1:12 scale, with a blue exterior with accents of white and black, as well as a covered porch and custom (non-working) lights on either side of the wooden door.

Inside showcases shiplap walls, simple and sophisticated paint colors, and modern wallpapers. The first level features an open concept with a kitchen that comes stocked with everything in the photos, including the miniature kitchen island, cookbooks, cutting boards, spice jars, etc. The rest of the first level includes a large custom brick fireplace, a cozy couch with lots of cushions and pillows that your dolls can snuggle up on to watch their favorite movie on the TV, and a blanket ladder to store all the cozy blankets.

The second story features a spa-like bathroom in a moody dark green, with a gorgeous vanity featuring double sinks, and a large shower to wash all of your doll’s troubles away. The master bedroom features a gorgeous farmhouse bed and nightstands, as well as a dresser and mirror.

The third story features a large kid’s bedroom, complete with two twin beds, nightstands, custom name signs (can be customized with your choice of names), and a shelf full of books and toys.
